I have always had a passion for fitness and health. I graduated the University of Guelph-Humber with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. Throughout my undergraduate degree I had the opportunity to work in multiple clinics as a physiotherapy assistant, as well as a clinic specialized in working with concussion patients.
I believe that exercise is the best medicine for the body, and I am excited to share my knowledge with each patient that comes through the doors.
I enjoy working out, and have been involved in gymnastics since a young age. I remain part of the gymnastics community where I coach children of many ages in my spare time.
