Nandhini has over 15+ years with a wide range of clinical experience in the field of Physiotherapy treating all kinds of cases in the fields of Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiology, Neurology, sports, pain and other rehabilitation conditions. She graduated in 2000 from the MGR Medical University, of India with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
Nandhini’s passion for the profession stems from a deep interest in the power of movement and the ability for the human body to heal when properly directed. With a focus on prevention and early intervention, she works with you to solve the mechanical “puzzle” of your pain and/or injury and get your body moving the way it should. She has worked in many capacities as a physiotherapist, which includes: team physiotherapy for various sports and events; private clinics, hospitals and Institutions; pre and post spinal surgery and multidisciplinary specialty clinics.
Nandhini’s special interests include rehabilitation after hip or knee replacements; management of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, ergonomics as well as injury recovery. Her clinical decisions are based on physical assessment and evidence based intervention. Nandhini strongly believes in empowering her patients through education and using preventive techniques. To this end, she enjoys working with her clients in a gym setting: teaching them how to exercise safely and how to establish good postural or movement habits. She has developed the ability to manage complex disorders, and question current methods of treatment. In addition she likes to explore different methods of injury, body mechanics and rehabilitation styles.

Kimberely Kavanagh graduated from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, ON. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is good at stress relief and deep tissue massage, and developed maintenance programs specific to each individual. She has a keen interest in fitness and holistic health and has personally experienced the benefits of massage therapy in preventing and treating sports injuries and physical dysfunction and believes it is important in achieving overall good health. Kim uses a variety of techniques during each treatment to personalize your Massage to meet your specific individual needs. Her style varies from relaxation to deep tissue focused therapy to aid in the resolution of soft tissue.

Matthew is a Mohawk College graduate and currently a member in good standing
with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Having played many sports
throughout his lifetime, Matt is no stranger to the mechanics of the human body and
the stresses that act upon it.
Using visual and orthopedic assessment, coupled with various treatment
techniques such as fascial, muscle energy and active techniques, Matt aims to
provide a very individualized treatment plan to allow his clients to not only improve
their quality of life, but also increase performance levels in all aspects.
I am a honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College and a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I practice all types of registered massage therapy such as, Swedish Relaxation massage, Pregnancy massage and Therapeutic massage. These include techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscles energy techniques and facial work. I strive to better every one of my clients lives and health. I base my therapy on the healing of the mind and body with a therapeutic massage tailored to what your body needs to restore health and function as well as incorporated relaxation techniques to decrease stress and ease the mind. Jasmine Kalra graduated from the University of Waterloo with a
Bachelor of Science and Kinesiology degree in 2007. Jasmine is a
registered chiropodist with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
As a member of the team at the SK Physiotherapy and Sports
Injury Clinic, Jasmine offers a range of chiropody services with the
goal to help patients walk comfortably, improve function of the
foot function and patient mobility with the overall goal of
enhancing their quality of life.
Jasmine has been trained extensively in the prevention and
management of conditions affecting the foot and lower limb. She
also analyzes the biomechanics of feet and lower limbs as well as
gait pattern to see how the mechanics of the feet impact the whole
body. Jasmine offers a wide range of foot health related services,
including custom-made orthotics, orthopaedic shoes,
biomechanical assessments and gait analysis.
Mara takes a close interest in understanding how the body moves and how this relates to the quality of life that we live. He aims to improve client's physical performance in order to improve quality of life. Through clinical experience, he has discovered that the way someone exhibits their posture can tell a great deal about physical and even mental discomforts whether it be pain or stress.
Using keen and well developed clinical assessments, Mara provides Massage Therapy and Tai Chi consultation to help joint structures move better, massaging tendons and muscles to relieve pain, stretching to release tension, and therapeutic exercises to re-balance posture and improve movement of the body as a whole.
Allison has a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology (BKin) from the University of Toronto, where she vigorously studied the human body and the science of movement. She is certified in standard first aid CPR/AED level HCP, oxygen administration, AODA, and workplace health and safety. She has a range of healthcare experience, from working with Varsity athletes to assisting with joint replacement rehabilitation. She was awarded the University of Toronto’s J. Harry Ebbs Achievement Award 2016 and the Ontario Volunteer Service Award 2017 for her work at Sunnybrook Hospital. Her passion for exercise, movement, and giving back to the community stems from her many years of being involved in the competitive dance world. Allison is also a local dance instructor, choreographing and training the art of human movement to youth and adults for over 6 years. She is currently a student at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, continuing her passion to help others. Allison believes in the value of multi-disciplinary education and patient care, as well as the importance of prevention and rehabilitation through the means of exercise.
As a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Laura Belus, ND, believes that health is attainable at any age. As a young adult she made the connection between the foods we eat and how we feel. This was a powerful tool in reversing her long history of migraines and skin concerns.
